Incorrect OR insufficient delivery details can result in late or non- delivery. In such circumstances, we would try to rectify the situation as best as possible. However, no REFUNDS will be made in such circumstances.

It is the senders' responsibility to check that the person will be at the said premises to receive the goods, Kings Cribbage UK will take no responsibility if this has not been done.

Any re-direction costs incurred will be charged.

Deliveries cannot be made to P.O. Box addresses.

No deliveries are available on Sundays and UK Public Holidays.

Limitation of Liability. The company shall have no liability for indirect or consequential loss, damage, injury or expense including loss of profit, however, arising except in respect of death or personal injury occasioned by the Company's negligence.

General. In the event that any condition is only valid to the extent that it is reasonable (whether under statute or otherwise) the customer on purchasing the goods acknowledges that such condition is reasonable. The company shall not be liable for any default due to any Act of God, war, strikes, lock out, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, tempest or other events beyond its reasonable control.

Waiver. Failure or neglect by the company to enforce at any time any rights shall not be a waiver or prejudice the company's rights.

Incorporation of Terms and Conditions. All business conducted by the company whereby the company sells goods shall be subject to the above, save as expressly varied, and shall form part of the Terms of Contract between the company and the customer.

RIGHT TO CANCEL ORDER.
As all our goods are dispatched within 24 hours, you can only cancel the order 1 hour after the order is placed. No refunds will be made for any orders cancelled after dispatch.
